Videocon D2H — Deducting money from recharge

Videocon post unnecessary Service charges and deduct the recharged money.. If we call to customer and ask the reasons, they say it is deducted by mistake and always make fake promises and never resolve the issue. Every time they use to say it will get resolved in 24hrs, but 24 hours never complete from your end. If we mail you to raise any concern, you never reply..Below is the real example of your poor service. My customer ID is: 85248973, I have relocated videocon connection under order number 31983370/31986694 on 17th april 2015 and paid 300rs cash to the engineer and get the confirmation mail for payment on 18th April continued the service. for the monthly pack renew, i recharge the account with 241rs on 31st May2015. But after few minutes of recharge, my money was deducted and service was stopped. Regarding this issue, I talked to your customer care and explained the matter, He told 300rs have been deducted for engineer's visit. But i didn't call for any service and no BULL- has come. then he told it is deducted by mistake by one of your engineer. He registered complaint[protected]on 1st jun 2015) and assured that deducted money will be returned withing 24 hours(I got a message for deadline date as 5th jun). But nothing has happened. Next day (2nd jun 2015) i got a call from your end, again i explained the issue. he assured it will resolved within 2 hours, again nothing has happened. I had to call again on 5th jun 2015. and registered complaint[protected] but of no use. On 6th jun, got call from you, again fake promises to resume service within 1 hour, but no action. 7th Jun 2015, call made to customer care, Registered complaint[protected], got fake promises of 24 hours but no action/resolution till date. and received a message "Service charges 300rs has been posted". (to steal money for next recharge). Today, on 9th jun 2015, i again called customer care and registered complaint[protected]. now that gentleman "Jagdish sitapra" promised for tomorrow 10am for service activation. But i am pretty sure nothing going to be happen. After calling so many times they returned the money but after 10 minutes you again deducted.. This is a beautiful feedback of your excellent service, where we have to call several times and wait for three weeks to resolve one issue. LOOK AT THE REGISTERED COMPLAINTS!!! Now i am fed-up with the calling to customer care and Still waiting for resolution!!! I would have to go to consumer court, i am not left with any option..
