Videocon D2H — deduction of days of recharge for no reason

Dear sir,
I, rahuldev patil, customer id[protected], i have recharged videocon d2h on dtd 22oct 2019 with rs300/- which includes selected channels by me. That time showing expiry date 22 nov 2019.
However yesterday dtd 31 oct 2019suddenly zee marathi hd channel is made off by service team after calling to customer care answered that technical problem.
They start channel today at 21:30 hrs after again again calling to customer care. But my recharge expiry date now change to 20 nov 2019. And you're care lying to me, "call our seniors they will answer you" and disconnecting my calls.
Now, two days my family didn't watched zee marathi hd and two days of my recharge decreased. What is the solution towards you please suggest me, how to punish customer service which is rude and wasting time of customer.
