Hi, I had intended to recharge for INR 510 on 3/12/14 however i landed up recharging for INR 5100. I would need the refund of Extra recharge amount INR 4590. I have called up twice to your call center and they have mentioned that they cannot refund such amount. However as a consumer it is my right to have this money back into my same account from which i have made such payment.
