[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Fraud by adding active channel without my consent

Hello,

I have a d2h videocon connection under user id[protected]. I had recharged my above said connection on 20 May 2021 with a customised pack of rs 1181 for 3 months which include 10days extra . But service provider automatically added some add on channels in my pack without my selection of that channels on their website. today when i switch on my TV than i got a massage of recharge date is 12 August 2021, which is too early as per my selection of plan. after talking to several time with customer care they are not agreed that these channel are activated from there side without knowledge of customer and they refuse to refund the money they have charged for those channels which are automatically added by the website system in my package. Also some of the time they have cancelled my call in between without listening to my problem . Videocon d2h is cheating his customers my adding add on channels automatic in their subscribed packages. please look into the matter and give me the solution. you can try this by making package on videocon website. please force company to stop this kind of cheating through their website. so that consumer will not get cheated again and again. please waive of my money at the ealiest
