Videocon D2H — Fraud by using Tata Dish | |||
Hi, I have been using Videocon D2H for over a year and have never been happy with their services. However, recently I have been appalled by their commitment and customer service. I installed a videocon TV in March 2013 and relocated the same on July 3, 2013 from Chunnabhati to Bhakti Park (I currently have 2 television connection). My TV stopped working since last week of February 2013. We had called the engineer and customer services several times and have been given to understand by one of the engineers that the antena was never fixed at my apartment and the engineer had fixed the wire on a tata dish instead of installing a videocon dish. I have been speaking to them at least 10 times a day, explaining the problem, however, the level of incompetency and idiocy is scary. I have spoken to everyone from Rajit Yadav to area head Mr. Santosh Pawar to Tushar. Everyone wants me to pay again for the dish given that the dish was not installed to begin with. Given how regulated this sector is, it is strange that Videocon can function the way they do currently. I have written several e-mails to them, however the same have been unanswered. I want to disconnect my services immediately and want to be paid for the mental torture that the company has put me through. My videocon id is91100534. I have yet to receive any response from your representative. I want to cancel my connection and have been told it will take 5 days. Further, I have been trying my level best to cancel my connection. This is terrible service, You guys DONT HAVE ANY ENGLISH speaking associates? Your call centre representatives hang up in between a conversation!
