Videocon d2h — fraud with me | |||||
My d2h customer id is[protected] i have selected a proper plan according to trai guidelines. But i did not get any confirmation on that nor the plan is implemented by videocon. Still, they are charging me as per old plan (Super gold) but i am not able to see channels as per old plan or as per new plan. I am not able to open the videocon website and register a complaint also. I have tried to contact them on their customer number but the number is always busy or not reachable.
