Videocon D2H — high priority - videocon d2h not activated my channels request and charging 10 times the train a-ala-carte prices

I placed a Channel Service request on 1st Feb 2019 with Sr No:[protected] with 284.47 Rs confirmation instead Customer Service agent Neha Sharma on 5 Feb 2019 said the amount is 354 Rs, with Discovery Science Channel as 10 Rs, Zee Anmol Cinema as 10 Rs etc for 8 channels each with 10 Rs each making it 80Rs more.
But actual original Trai A-la-carte price for
Discovery Science is 1 Rs,
Zee Anmol is 0.10 Rs,
Zee Anmol Cinema - 0.10 Rs
WB - 1 Rs,
Nat Geo People - 0.10 Rs,
Baby Tv - 1Rs,
Vissa - 0.50 Rs,
Star Utsav Movies - 0.10 Rs.

So total coming around 3.90 Rs for 8 channels not 80 Rs.

So whatever Neha Sharma was saying is wrong and misleading, I caught her red handedly in the phone call. Asked her to take a complaint but she refused which is another mistake by D2H. Listen to the call recording.

I tried to raise the complaint on Neha Sharma and spoke with nearly 10 Customer Service agents after Neha Sharma's call on 5 Feb 2019, but none of them took complaint instead wasted my time by acting as if they were taking the complaint and disconnected my calls each time.

Each agent wasted more than 30 mins of time.

I did not receive message of the confirmation for the request I placed for the channels till today 6th Feb 2019. Each customer service person says wait for 5 hours but still its the same.

After Neha Sharma call I spoke with one lady agent from D2H on 5th Feb, she wasted nearly 1 hour time without doing any helpful, she forwarded to her supervisor who told he will place the complaint and spoke with me for 30 mins and disconnected the call. Supervisor told if it gets disconnected he will call me back which he did not call me back, instead he dint even raise the complaint.

Today 6th Feb 2019 one agent named Navjoth Singh told he will place the complaint against Neha Sharma with complaint No[protected] but he did not mention her name even after I asked him to mention which is fraud again. He was acting smart with providing wrong information, people who cant even take a single complaint are working for Videocon D2H and are time passing.

So for the channels I selected with Sr No:[protected] for 284.47 Rs, Videocon D2H placing untrue prices which are not mentioned in Trai rules and looting customers and increased the price to 354 Rs. When asked, it is not resolving instead still looting customers by misleading and giving wrong information or changing the channels selections by their own agents and increasing the prices.

For 1 Rs channel it is charging 10 Rs. Complete fraud
Now in online its showing 100 Channels as locked, this is another fraud by Videocon.

153 Rs for Trai for no use for this kind of things
and after 153 Rs also Videocon is stealing poor customers.

Everytime we call, customer service agent says
system is down
or system is in migration
or system is showing wrong prices
or no options to take complaints
or cut the call by putting on hold
or say their own fraud prices
or activate their own advertisement channels
or blame Trai for everything

I want you to activate my Sr No:[protected] with 284.47 Rs and I want you to raise a complaint on Neha Sharma for giving misleading information.

6 days gone, no message or response from Videocon D2H, it already stole 100 Rs and 15 Rs from me previously, still no resolution.

Worst service till date is by Videocon
