Sir, I recharged thro online for my videocon d2h vide my Customer ID No.[protected], amount Rs. 246 debited from my account, but till date recharge not done, recharge done by State bank net banking App, this is my savings bank account, pl do needful, thank you.

I have videocon LCD TV and in this display issue I say means as power on then flash on screen like flash...

Worst possible d2h customer support. I have raise a request for relocation installation. I have raised close to 50 requests so far and no use at all. When i check the status it says closed as i was not reachable. how could i not be reachable for 50 times.. not fool people around. the engineer just doesn't want to come and install and puts the same reason every time. please stop calling me to ask my exp. i can't repeat the same thing to everyone everytime. either install the connection or get lost. i will take some other connection. worst possible service.

i ordered new hdrf set top box from videocon d2h site. received the box on friday, today is sunday still box not activated. called so many times to customer care they have no record of this box.some customer care executive says it will be activated in 24 hrs, some says 48 hrs. all hrs pass on still box is not activated. i think activation is not possible from d2h. i want to return this box and refund my money.

My Videocon D2H Box started showing a card detection error and it was reported to customer care. One executive came to may house and informed me that the box needed repair and it will take more time related to some logistic issues. He also informed that If I can opt for a new box I will get a bundled offer for 6 months free subscription. i opted the same and he asked for my aadhar No and another Mobile no to be used as RTN. I simply provided and finally I came to know that I have been provided with a new connection. In the mean time he strategically managed to closed my registered complaint from my old RTN. Finally I feel desperate for losing my ala-carta channels and totally fed up for cheating me. After this I raised a detailed complaint to the nodal officer of d2H and till this time I hav'nt received any reply. After some days the same executive who cheated me called and shouted at me for giving such a complaint and this was also informed to the customer care. I was given connection during May, 2021 and now the same is due for renewal on October. Now I hate this Videocon d2H services and have decided to choose another operator. Please think twice before opting Videocon D2H.
