Wrong recharge reversal

STB not working

Hi Sir,
This is regarding the complaint I had registered on October 8 for the technical error with my d2h connection. On the same day, the technician had repaired the cabling part and charged Rs.200 for the service. The issue started again after few hours of service. I had called the same technician, replaced the LNB, and charged RS.220 for the same. But the issue still persists and till now no one came for the service....

Spam calls

I am getting lot of spam calls they keep calling every hour even after telling Im not interested in their schemes. It is very annoying blocked so many numbers still they keep calling from different numbers everytime....

D2H Signal not available only for few channels

I'm using videocon d2h for last 3 years, my Customer ID is[protected].Suddenly from yesterday I am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available only for few channels like DD National, SET HD and many other channels. But I am able to view some of the channels . for fixing this i am being asked Rs 200 to a service engineer visit, this is absolutely not acceptable. Why do I need to pay Rs 200 to him for no fault of mine....

Registered telephone number change

Namaskaram. My customer id for D2H is:[protected]. In my above profile, the Registered Telephone Number is wrongly quoted as[protected] whereas my RTN is[protected]. Hence I request your goodselves to change my RTN to[protected] in lieu of[protected] and oblige.

Recharge done but still channels are not working

As we done videcon d2h recharge is worth rs 154/- as per suggestions customer care team it's now 5 days passed still my d2h is not working regarding same I called on customer care team but not getting any solution, even we sent mail to customer care even not getting any solution, there customer care executive give us false comment every time we call, wrost service provider, they don't care about customers, very pathatic service. Unable to login the d2h infinity app.
Entering the correct email address and password but show incorrect credentials.
Also tried to login by otp method, after entering mobile number the otp is not received to enter.

videocon d2h smart card not inserted properly e04 error

I have raised a complaint in d2h customer care regarding "smart card not inserted properly e04 error".

Their service engineer visited and remove smart card (Sim like mobile sim) from back of my smart led tv.

Then he rub that card from an ordinary rubber to clean it, and insert that card again in tv.

Now my smart tv works fine...

not able to view channels after recharge

I have recharged rs.289 to my d2h account by choosing channels then there is message on my tv "from dss bbcl account has ran out of balance". Called customer care multiple times but didn't get any solution. The customer service of videocon is one of the worst i have ever experienced. Call never goes through. Even if you are lucky to get connected, the customer care person will keep you waiting and then disconnect without any solution or directions....

very poor customer care service

I have submitted online complaint against d2h customer care service via, mail but no response from there side,
I have recharged my account as well as done the refresh of account but no use,

They are taking almost 30 to reached our voice to there customer care service on call,
The quality of voice is very disturbing not proper voice.

Very disappointed service, and cheap system of the management....
