Facing problem in Changing Register Mobile number

I want to change my register Mobile Number, but we have lost that number, so we are facing problem in login we can't able to login without mobile number because we can't recieve any OTP as we lost the Mobile number...
And we don't remember the password of our D2h I'd and for changing the password again we need Register Mobile number that I already told we have lost.

WHEN WE ARE CONTACTING THE D2H CUSTOMER CARE WITH...

Dear D2h,

I hope this message reaches you. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent issue with the D2H connection.

During the setup box installation, your vendor, Mr. Pawan Narrotam Patil, informed us that YouTube and other OTT platforms would work on our WiFi, even if the TV recharge wasn't active. We relied on this information.

However, it has now been over a month since our TV recharge expired, and we find that the promised OTT services are not accessible through our WiFi. When I contacted Mr. Patil, he informed us that we need to pay an additional ₹153 to access OTT apps through our WiFi.

This situation is deeply troubling, as it appears that we were provided with misleading information during the installation process. We feel that we were not given accurate details, and it is unfair to ask us to pay extra for services that were initially promised.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. It is essential that customer trust is maintained, and we hope for a resolution that aligns with the information provided during installation.

Your prompt action in addressing this issue will be greatly appreciated.

      I should be able to remove any channel. D2H is not allowing me to do so. This is against the TRAI rules.

      I should be able to set any channel as default channel.

          My Videocon d2h is not showing correct channels, like banner showing ABP maza but B4U being played. Did reset few time but no change. Helpdesk is insisting for onsite paid technician visit but I don't want to pay since it's not our fault.

              Customer id 93675420, Registered Name Mr K P Bhadauria, bill pay recharge to Videocon D2h on dated 13.08.23 at 10:55AM settled order I'd number[protected] Transaction ID[protected] but merchant Videocon D2H denied receiving any payment wrt recharge from Idfc First Bank credit card. We talk to lot of time Videocon d2h customer care executive & senior supervisor but every time every person giving missing communicate and unable to resolve this issue. I am totally harassed by executive team to mis guidance and rudely behavior. From Bank PNO nodal executive reply by mail and stated that "We request that you provide us with the card holder dispute form along with merchant communication regarding non-receipt of transaction amount and enable us to assist you further." What Should i do? I have no any written conversation with videocon d2h regarding denied recharge and service. Pls resolve this with refund my amount 309/- or recharge account immediately action unless we proceed legel action against videocon d2h. This is my mentally harassed issues now,

                        Although we have recharged Rs 288 on 15th June 2023 till this moment we are neither able to view the channel nor money refunded . we have already filed complaints to customer care but they didnt take any action regarding this Complaint No is[protected]. we are not even able to track our complaint VC No. is [protected]

                          Hi Team,
                          I mistakenly purchased the wrong package, and because that package doesn't offer the channels I'm looking for, I immediately called customer service and asked them to alter the plan. However, the executive turned down my request and told me to get a bigger recharge. Why should I try it? I kindly asked them to alter my package or refund my money. But they haven't agreed to it. Should survive with it for next 6 months.

                            I am having d2h connection 47506235 which is having IR box with unrepairable error as per technician but he is asking for excess charges for upgraded box being forcefully issuing to us, whereas we only require basic box and a box swapping is enough. Another technician allotted kept the complaint pending saying no stock of the old box and the same may or may not be available from company. Hence, my recharge is getting wasted. Also, temporary deactivation is being charged by company whereas other company is providing it free of cost. Customer care is not able to resolve the issue at their level also. Total fraud business is run by D2h, kindly look into the matter please.

                              Wrong account!/old recharged

                              I have recharged my old d2h account by mistake and I did not get any of help till 20 when the recharge is done on 16th and I have called many time to the customer care number and even tried to do, do it yourself still it says wrong I'd or amount or vc number and the money which I have sent to the account is in decreasing when the account is non active and not being used I just thought uploading photos might help so I'm uploading...

                              I had made one payment of recharging Videocon D2H (via PAYTM) on 6th April 2023, which somehow got recharged to an inactive D2H customer ID instead of active D2H id (Details of both the ID are mentioned below). I called up to Videocon D2H immediately upon realizing that the recharge has been done mistakenly to wrong id, for which they told that I would be contacted. They even contacted me once, I had given all the required details for transferring the amount to the active D2H id, but yet it’s not done. Calling them every alternate day to get an update for the same but in vain. Hence am writing the matter to draw your attention and do the needful.
                              1. Wrong ID on which the recharge was mistakenly done: 77936529
                              2. Right ID on which the recharge should have been done:[protected]
                              Both the ID's belong to me. First ID is inactive since many months and the 2nd ID is active. By mistake I did the recharge of 1000 in the inactive account instead of active account.
                              I need either the refund of the amount, or transfer the said amount to the active D2H connection[protected].

                                  I recharged my D2H account today twice with Rs 100 each. Both the time Rs 18 each has been deducted without any intimation. I just got the message - Recharged with 100 and available balance is 82. Futher, after another recharge of 100, available balance remained Rs 162 instead of 200.
                                  Customer must be informed on what account money has been deducted.
                                  Contacted Customer care 4 times. They are unable to justify deductions. They just say- company has deducted.
                                  Request lokk into the concerns and refund at the earliest. Thanks.
