Videocon D2H — i'm complaining about activation for my wise channel. | |||
I have recharged 201 on 29th december 2019. But yet our channel has not activated after so many complaints to videocon customer service but they are not responding. My videocon i'd is[protected]. Previously our d2h had some problems, i agree that you engineer had visited and solve regarding signal it might be dated 14th july this year and we provided 200 rupees on cash to him. After 3 to 4 days same problems again arised and your company told me we will provide engineer visit free of cost. Then after 4 to 6 month i will recharge an amount 201 but our channel is not activating and after complaining they said you have zero account balance as all amount deducted for engineer visit. We want our service immediately.. Other wise i will complain higher authority. Was this information helpful? | |||
