[Resolved] Videocon D2H — ineffective customer service, fixing non requested packages & charging heavily | |||||
I have a videocon d2h dish connection and opted south silver package with a mirror connection (2 tvs) totally working out about rs 376 monthly for the last 3 years or so. Recently the local service provider recommended an h d service and told the entire channels will be free for first month and there after it will be as per my request for channels. I opted... Now the company is demanding rs 1006 monthly. Even after repeated requests (Getting a connection it self is very remote) each customer service operator who takes the call promises and the next executive says the package is the old one only... Iam practically fed up with their service and planning to change the dish service of videocon. How they can be so unprofessional. Was this information helpful? | |||||

You will not make any afford Videocon d2h, agree that your CC is useless and hopeless, your CC requested me to recharge with 1224/- for HD channels and till date setup box is not provided not the amount is returned, unnecessary amount is getting deducted day by day, cc says it’s prepaid account and. Annoy provide any services
