Videocon D2H — irresponsible service provider with worst people who do not know any thing | |||
Hi My customer id[protected]. 15th of february my d2h monthly subscription ended. I was unable to recharge online as videocon d2h server was not working. So, i have requested customer care to do a credit of 3 days. Full nights and mornings i was trying to add channels as per tri regulation. But the website is not allowing to register. It's not a customer service approach to cheat people. From the website it is not allowing to select channels as per tri norms and customer service executive is not helping in selecting the channels. According to customer service channels can be selected online. At 2 pm on 16th saturday. I reached my d2h with 500 rs.in the mean while my channels are visible on the tv. I called customer care and asked to put the base pack what they have prepared as i was having no option. As soon as she initiated the request. My all paid channels stopped working. The account in videocon d2h is not reflecting my recharge of 500rs. I called customer service many times. But as a irresponsible service provider either my phone is not connecting or if connected no one is responding. Its very frustrating, no one is ready to take complain. After paying i am not able to see my tv. At last i asked the customer care how to get rid of their service. They are telling they don't know. Is anyone responsible their to help me out.
