Videocon D2H — login problem

Unable to login to videocon d2h since yesterday.
Despite putting otp for so many times it shows a blank black page of d2h.com.
Tried to resolve it through password but same problem appears again and again.
Thus unable to create my own channels pack as par trai guidelines.
Unable to contact customer care numbers including nodal office number. None of them are working.
Kindly resolve the issue as the earliest.

same problem with me and many users, please resolve it asap
Unable to login to videocon d2h.
I tried with all the options forget password, OTP my own password nothing helps me to login to the site.
I have sufficient account balance, but getting message like E18-4 Sorry, you have insufficient balance screen

tried to reach out customer care by dialing[protected] and[protected] nothing working.

sent out mail to [protected]@d2h.com no response, sitting infornt of blank screen, despite having sufficient balance :(

Please do resolve this ASAP.

Same problem here. Contacted customer care but not helping.
please stop charging for unwanted channels. we are not allowed / able to choose our pack. so not charges from balance till u fix the issue of login.
I am struggling since last 6 days & yet not able to select my pack of channels. D2H is happily debiting amount from my account for providing unwanted channels.
Very bad service I have mirror connection apart from Base pack, although I have changed my Base pack my mirror connection has not been updated, there is HD pack on mirror connection which I want to discontinue but they are charging for it, even I talked to their customer service as well as requested by sending email, they are not helping, they are saying you change yourself on our d2h site, the site is not working, there is login problem, otherwise they make so large issue o[censored]nsubscribing an HD add on, they are not helping my customer Id is[protected]
Im also unhappy with the videocon service and going to switch to Tata sky.
Same problem here even customer care number is not working and otp is coming but unable to go for next login screen.. No supporting call from videocon d2h

1. Reset Password prompts me "Your password has been reset successfully and sent to your Registered Mobile Number" --> there is no password received on registered mobile number
2. Login by Registered Mobile Number prompts me "OTP has been sent to your mobile number." --> there is no OTP received on registered mobile number

registered complaint to customer care but there is resolution.

Very BAD at service

i hope if i had Porting option(like mobile) i have ported out by this time.

Worst service I have ever seen in such big company I am trying to login since last one month on videocon d2h login page for select my channels but couldn't do so..tried to call there support number almost 50 times no luck.

I am fed with VideoconD2h. I thought I was the only one. But seeing the complaints, i think there are many people similarly affected.

Unable to change the pack. all unwanted channels are subscribed and wanted channels not there in the list.

Website:
1) Unable to login, through email as i get message invalid credentials
2) Unable to reset password, as forgot password will never send a reset email to my email id
3) login though OTP, never happens as no SMS ever received.
4) Tried registering if that is problem, but it says you are already registered.

Customer Support:
This is another nightmare. Calling continuously for hrs, finally gets connected, but what customer support says there is some problem in the server please try after some time. That is all.

No use of escalations to VideocondD2h nodal officer are sending remainders.
I am going to complain this to TRAI, hope others can do the same as well.

Having same issue o[censored]nable to receive OTP for login and no customer care representative is responding to query.

Very poor service and I am not able to change my service pack.
Worst service by Videocon D2H...Paid money for 3 months..amount debited but channels are not available from 29th April. Contacted customer care, as usual, they say some sort of reason and the funny thing is they say it will take 36 hours to activate. Till 5th I did not receive channels (I don't know maybe they are on some other planet where 36 hours is not over yet). Again contacted customer care they say money might have refunded but I checked immediately it did not.

2 weeks back I had similar issues with another Videocon D2H. Customer care responds very poorly for all our questions.

Too bad...all home has a TV and it became a part and parcel of life hence everyone wants it to be viewed continuously without hindrance but they say 36-48 hours what for. We have recharged but why this delay.

I even mailed to customer care but I am sure nothing will happen

OTP module is not working.
any user can't be login
it's major problem plz. resole it's.
D2h is a fraud company. You will not receive OTP, so cannot login. If you cannot login, you cannot remove unwanted channels. So, intentionally d2h prevent customers from logging in.
