Din line busy rahte hai. Muj laga kar karte 6 day ho gaye hi. Call se ek hi jawab ata hai ki, aap 5 ghante baad call karna tabh aapki help you jayegi.. Videocon d2h ne customer ka majak nana ki rakhta hua hair. Plz koi action liya jaye d2h ke khilap..

    My customer is[protected]Videocon d2h) since last many days i am trying to login to select my pack as per my choice but i can not, i have tried to contact customer service of same company but not responding, what can i do. Modi saheb declared and mr. Broadcasting minister declared that customer is having their own choice to select the favourable channels. What is the use of such rules of government. Only talking not implementations, this is what mr. Modi is doing since last four years.

      Dear sir, videocon d2h has a poor service condition & they are not following the trai rules. They have stopped my services on 2 feb. I complaint against it & made my choice of channels. But they have continued stop the services. On 5th feb i have again call their costomer care & requested to start the channels which i have selected but they forcefully started another costly package and deducted big amount from my d2h account. Kindly do the needful if you can do something. (But i don't think as i have discussed with them, they don't have any fear from any one)

        In last two days I call to my d2h provider more than 100 time. They only received my call 4 or 5 time . When I ask for my chennal or resolve my problems their answer is they have some technical problems please call 5 hours later 30 min later or next day it's happening with me last 3 days and I m not sill able to watch my TV
        When I say to customer representative I am going to complain you his answer was yes you can

          As per the plan which was going to change all the tv channel ... I have already change it from past three day when the channels all got disconnected... still my plan is not active and nothing is displaying in television ... wen am approaching them they is no response and the customer care no is switch off. ... I have already paid for all the channel but still it is not subcripe ... service is really very very bad ... very dispoint ...

            I have said connection. I have made my own pack which was showing total amount of rs.338/-. But when i am going to recharge my account it is showing rs.677 as monthly charge. Pl look into matter and correct this amount. I am unable to contact u at all numbers given in list o[censored]r website. It is matter of concern that my account is requiring recharge but due to over demand i am unable to recharge my account. Pl also give numbers where i can contact u as after new trai regulations ur all number are not approachable which is harassing ur customer. Looking for ur immediate support.

              I am a customer to D2H more than 5 years. Last few days I am facing the problems with D2H. My location weather condition is normal, but the TV screen show's like its signal not available. I called customer care, our side everything is good, the problem your end.

              I activated my region language(Telugu) a few days back

              Every month I am paying 514/- (as per my plan + Region Language). suddenly service got stopped(5th Feb), TV Screen show E16-4 - Channel is not part of Subscription. I have balance in my account, the balance is 308/-(as per today).

              Regarding this I called customer care[protected], "they refreshed the server, the service should resume in 10 min"(They communicated to me). But service not resumed. I try to call them, they blocked me so unable to connect to D2H customer care and they are not responding to emails as well. The web site also down most of the time.

              I want my money back my last recharge and install charges and device charges.

              After long try call connected, He lifts the call and kept in hold and run away... after some time call got disconnected. unable to connect again

                I tried several times to contact D2H service provider on phone([protected]).
                not able to connect since last 3 days. I am unable to watch any of the subscribed paid channel.
                There is sufficient balance in my account, in spite that I can see only few free channel.
                Mobile app also does not function.

                  I placed a Channel Service request on 1st Feb 2019 with Sr No:[protected] with 284.47 Rs confirmation instead Customer Service agent Neha Sharma on 5 Feb 2019 said the amount is 354 Rs, with Discovery Science Channel as 10 Rs, Zee Anmol Cinema as 10 Rs etc for 8 channels each with 10 Rs each making it 80Rs more.
                  But actual original Trai A-la-carte price for
                  Discovery Science is 1 Rs,
                  Zee Anmol is 0.10 Rs,
                  Zee Anmol Cinema - 0.10 Rs
                  WB - 1 Rs,
                  Nat Geo People - 0.10 Rs,
                  Baby Tv - 1Rs,
                  Vissa - 0.50 Rs,
                  Star Utsav Movies - 0.10 Rs.

                  So total coming around 3.90 Rs for 8 channels not 80 Rs.

                  So whatever Neha Sharma was saying is wrong and misleading, I caught her red handedly in the phone call. Asked her to take a complaint but she refused which is another mistake by D2H. Listen to the call recording.

                  I tried to raise the complaint on Neha Sharma and spoke with nearly 10 Customer Service agents after Neha Sharma's call on 5 Feb 2019, but none of them took complaint instead wasted my time by acting as if they were taking the complaint and disconnected my calls each time.

                  Each agent wasted more than 30 mins of time.

                  I did not receive message of the confirmation for the request I placed for the channels till today 6th Feb 2019. Each customer service person says wait for 5 hours but still its the same.

                  After Neha Sharma call I spoke with one lady agent from D2H on 5th Feb, she wasted nearly 1 hour time without doing any helpful, she forwarded to her supervisor who told he will place the complaint and spoke with me for 30 mins and disconnected the call. Supervisor told if it gets disconnected he will call me back which he did not call me back, instead he dint even raise the complaint.

                  Today 6th Feb 2019 one agent named Navjoth Singh told he will place the complaint against Neha Sharma with complaint No[protected] but he did not mention her name even after I asked him to mention which is fraud again. He was acting smart with providing wrong information, people who cant even take a single complaint are working for Videocon D2H and are time passing.

                  So for the channels I selected with Sr No:[protected] for 284.47 Rs, Videocon D2H placing untrue prices which are not mentioned in Trai rules and looting customers and increased the price to 354 Rs. When asked, it is not resolving instead still looting customers by misleading and giving wrong information or changing the channels selections by their own agents and increasing the prices.

                  For 1 Rs channel it is charging 10 Rs. Complete fraud
                  Now in online its showing 100 Channels as locked, this is another fraud by Videocon.

                  153 Rs for Trai for no use for this kind of things
                  and after 153 Rs also Videocon is stealing poor customers.

                  Everytime we call, customer service agent says
                  system is down
                  or system is in migration
                  or system is showing wrong prices
                  or no options to take complaints
                  or cut the call by putting on hold
                  or say their own fraud prices
                  or activate their own advertisement channels
                  or blame Trai for everything

                  I want you to activate my Sr No:[protected] with 284.47 Rs and I want you to raise a complaint on Neha Sharma for giving misleading information.

                  6 days gone, no message or response from Videocon D2H, it already stole 100 Rs and 15 Rs from me previously, still no resolution.

                  Worst service till date is by Videocon

                    Sir through my id 3 connectiin are link in which ony 1 connection is working other 2 connection are not working since 3 days and i had already paid the money and we are trying to contact you but no one is picking our phone.
                    In our home my mother wants to see her serial but nowdays she is not seeing due to not working of d2h cable.
                    Continuosly 3 days we called you but none even a single person is replying
                    So its our request as soon as possible do something

                      It is with great disappointment i have to write you to inform that the d2h videocon is one of the worst service providers. Your customer dept is one of the ill managed, irresponsible team in teh world. Number of calls since yesterday morning from my phone no. [protected] to your various phones ie; [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] will tell you the unanswered calls.
                      I came to know that your system is down but is it not it is your failure to update well before the new regulation due for implementation. It looks you are not happy to implement & purposely created the havoc.

                      I submitted on 30th jan, my own list of requirement & a sr no,[protected] was generated with a remark that you will revert. But unfortunately when i mentioned to your staff they expressed no knowledge about it. Great insult to user.

                      I left a message to call me back which promptly received after almost 30 hrs, but told that system is down but they re giving 3 days free view but to the user bad luck it is not working inspite deduction of rs.10.

                      Can you rectify the problem & tell me immediately otherwise no option except to shift for another service provider. Of course my account is not recharged because i wanted to ensure i get at minimum cost maximum channels of my choice,

                        I am a customer of videocon d2h (Consumer id[protected], as per trai rules i have selected my channels as on 01/02/2019, but from 04/02/2019 all of channels are stop (Even free channels). Several times i called customer care but they willingly block their customer care number. Yesterday i am able to connect customer care but they refuse to help me. Even i wrote two mails to them but nothing change. I have already recharge rs.600/- but still channels are not running. What i have to do now? Please help me to find out the solution..

                          I am a videocon d2h customer i was selecting my own pack at that i seen that in free to air channel section they have not provided a option to add or remove any free channel except 26 mandatory channels then i called customer care then they told me that as per the new rules of trai all free to air 100 channels are mandatory i read all trai rule in that they told only 25 channels are mandatory but they are not listening to me...

                            Hello,

                            As per trai guidelines we are now free to choose our own customized channel package. My due date was on 5th feb 2019 but i am not able to choose my package as the web application is crashing during submission of request. It takes long time to decide and choose the channels but when i submit the application crashed for several times which is very irritating. I tried to connect the customer care throught the day but always it is saying that line is busy. So i have to recharge with my existing package amount as there was no sufficient balance and i am not able to watch my channels for the whole day. Please improve your customer care handling capacity so that we will not here the line busy messages. Also let me know how my balance will be adjusted.
                            Also mosaic view channels has been totally changed since 8 months where everyone is complaining for it. Please keep as it was before. As you have reduced and modified the channels in the bouquets which was easier to choose before.

                                Unable to login to videocon d2h since yesterday.
                                Despite putting otp for so many times it shows a blank black page of d2h.com.
                                Tried to resolve it through password but same problem appears again and again.
                                Thus unable to create my own channels pack as par trai guidelines.
                                Unable to contact customer care numbers including nodal office number. None of them are working.
                                Kindly resolve the issue as the earliest....

                                nodal officer and customer care complaint

                                Hello i have tried multiple time to contact customer care for issue related to selection of hd channel after new trai rule implementation. But they are not responding and since 01.02.2019 they are saying that there are some issue in selecting hd channels we are rectifying for customers. Still customer cann't select hd channels on www.d2h.com.
                                When contacted nodal officer he is also not replying on e mails and not picking call even...

                                I chose star bengali hd premium pack in create in your own pack with other pack for my videocon d2h box. But from yesterday they apply my new pack without activated star pack. I tried to call but no one pickup i send mail also but nobody responding. I also notice that they are not allow to customer chose 75 channel out of 100. Kindly take some action.

                                If you can not activate star Bengali HD Premium pack activate Star Bengali Premium SD pack and remove those free channel which i did not chose during create my pack. and if you cannot do any of this send me a mail i will decide on continuing your service or not. act like professional not like a armature. and wake up and solve problems otherwise close your service at least we will get from this harassment
                                Hi, I do not have a videocon d2h connection and I keep receiving unnecessary calls atleast 6-8 times per day. I have told them a million times to remove my number from their accounts but as always it goes in vain. It's a harrassment for me to take their calls. Their customer care service is busy and if they do answer they do not respond.

                                  As per new trai rule, dth service provider's system is not working properly to update customer new dth pack. Because of this customer facing serious problem. Trai must check necessary platform to migrate customer to new pack. I think this situation is type demonetization when company system is not compatible to resolve service request of thousands of customer.in this matter trai must look into the matter the service provider will you able attain thousands of service request at a single time???... This is not the way to stop providing service just because your system not working. Company must give sufficient time to consumer to migrate new plan till the time existing plan works smoothly.

                                    I have been trying to reach customer care support agents since 4th feb 21:30 ist for my issues but ivr is not routing calls to support agents. After trai regulations, on 4th feb suddenly my dth service is affected & i am not getting help from videocon d2h.

                                    I have subscribed with new diamond pack, after 4th feb suddenly without any notice most of the channels (Approx. 25) were discontinued which are part of the pack subscribed by me. To clarify my doubts i want to speak to a customer support executive of videocon d2h.
