Videocon D2H — money not refunding | |||||
For the last one month I am facing signal problem for more than a month with the customer ID. I completely understand there would be a signal problem if there is raining. Due to non-availability of the signal, I have not recharged my account for few days. Last Saturday, I have recharged my account with INR 1000/-. But, though there is no rain in our area for almost 3 weeks there is no signal available till now. On inquiring with your customer care, I was informed that I need to service my Set Top Box by paying Rs.250/- to get the signal. What I am really failed to understand here that all home channels with advertisements have no problem in signal, but has a problem with airing my paid channels after receiving the money. It is also very surprise to note that without inspection of Set Top Box your customer care representative had the insight to identify the exact problem through the phone, which is nothing but a malicious plan to extort money from innocent customer. After lodging the complaint for refund, Videocon is ready to send a engineer for free of cost to check the set top box, which i clearly denied. Videocon is denying the refund. its been more 8 days i have recharged. I need my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
