[Resolved] Videocon D2H — my new hd stb not working properly | |||
I have purchased a new hd set-top box on 15th oct 2019 with order id 68159249 and my cust id is[protected] but from the very another day of installation am getting the issue in my stb like the only voice is coming but no video visible and only d2h logo is visible on the screen. Another thing i have registered 4 complaints about the same and in which 2 has been closed without my information and for the 3rd complaint the engineer came but he seems to be a trainee and he himself was not sure how to solve the issue and he didn't solve my issue still the complaint has been closed so i have made 4th complaint for the same. I am using videocon d2h from last 10 years with sd set-top box and the service was good i even provided many of my relative videocon d2h and now my own issue is not getting resolved and i have to make 4 complaints to get it resolved this is pathetic and i have not expected this kind of service from videocon guys.
