Videocon D2H — New issue with regards to d2h transmission started after the previous one got resolved | |||
This is a follow up to an earlier complaint I had raised with regards to the Videocon D2H transmission at my home. My Videocon Customer ID is 77246702 & I have dual D2H connection at my place. Earlier I had raised a consumer complaint with regards to my Set Top Box not being replaced even after 2+ weeks of submitting the complaint with the customer care. After almost 3 weeks finally today the Videocon D2H engineer came to my house to replace my Set Top Box. But after he left a new issue has cropped up. Now my secondary connection has conked off. There is no transmission on the secondary connection(Card number '[protected]') I have no idea what happened. When I called up on the customer care number I was told that one of my connections had been cancelled. I have already paid for 1 years subscription for both the connections. Never should have any of my connections been cancelled. Also I too have never, even by mistake, asked for any kind off cancellation. The customer care executive, today gave a new complaint number for reactivating my cancelled connection. Complaint '[protected]'. He also mentioned that the connection would be reactivated only by tomorrow, post 12 p.m. This is simply not acceptable. The Videocon Customer Care & its Technical Support needs to be severely dealt with. Their customer care executives are all, partially literates & their on field support just takes way too much of time to visit the customer & get the issue resolved. But the biggest problem is that the service provider(Videocon D2H) takes its customers & their complaints for granted. They just keep giving excuse after excuse & delay the resolution to be provided by days & weeks. Now they have also started cancelling connections for no reason. As I had mentioned earlier as well, I desire a full refund of the amount(recharge amount) which I had paid earlier this year to continue with this service providers subscription. Let them discontinue their service after reimbursing the amount to me. I don't care about it. Also I would suggest strict measures to be taken from the consumer forum against this D2H service for their irresponsible ways of dealing with the customer complaints.
