Videocon D2H — no able to change subscription plans with individual channel selection | |||||
Hi, i am videocon d2h subscriber, for last 3 weeks i am trying to create "mere wala plan" for my dth connection, but there are so many error while selecting individual channels from d2h website. I am not able to migrate my plan, the only option i have to select is already given d2h combo, that is not suitable for me, because it cost me higher and don't have all channels i want to subscriber. Not only this, video d2h website is not working properly, i have registered as new customer with my email id, but still not able to access my account. The only way to access my account my old registered phone number, i have updated my new number there but can't access with that too. Unable to reach their customer care number, when going to make a complaint from d2h website... They are asking to enter captcha text but there is no captcha text is showing on there website. This website is totally rubbish, they are befooling their customers, not providing any solution and support. It is wasting so much our time. You can see attached screens for errors.
