Videocon D2H — no response from customer service regarding disconnection and refund

After implementing trai guidelines, i was able to the channels i usually watch. Videocon had selected mwp pack for me. I wanted add one channel to my existing pack so i called customer care on 9th april. After about 15 minute wait i was asked to press 1 to get call back. I received a call back after about 3 hours. Customer service representative told me that current pack i have is base pack and she will add the channel i want. When she processed the request, all me channels were gone. I called customer service again. The rep told me that i do not have hd set top box so i cannot select hd channels. I know that i have hd set top bax and i have been viewing hd channels for past several years.

I tried calling customer service and at least got sd channels activated. When i tried calling customer care to resolve sd & hd issue ii kept of getting answer that our system is down & call after half an hour.

Since 9th april i have been trying to get the issue resolved, i have made several phone calls to customer care but was unable to get the issue resolved.

So, on 16th april 2019 i decided to disconnect the videocon d2h service. I have sent them an email and tried to call customer service to get the procedure to disconnect the service and get the refung of rs.5700/-, which is balance in my account.
