Videocon D2H — NO Response from the Company

I placed a request for new videocon d2h connection as advised by the Videocon service representatives 4 days back (5th June 2014). I was promised to get the installation done in 24-48 hours worst case and so i paid fee online. I still have not got any call from them regarding the status update...i have the call data..i called mant times outgoing..Still they are telling today it will be completed..completed..please help me...
