[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — No signal error, channel error

From the last five days my Videocon d2h dish is not at all working properly with some channels showing no signal error or channel error, channel not subscribed and even some channels merging with another like showing different channels in Kannada channel numbers. And I looked up their official Twitter handle and so many people are facing the same issue and when I called the customer care, they responded by saying that they are going to send a technician which will cost me Rs 200 hopefully fix that issue. So many have reported the same issue and none have been resolved by the technician. My customer ID[protected].

I have been a customer for more than 12 years and never had this issue, so maybe it's time to switch to another operator because even after calling customer service they hung up on me without saying anything.

Videocon d2h don't purposely drive your customers away only 3 days are remaining till the next recharge.
Either resolve this or let's all just move on
