[Resolved] Videocon D2H — No video only audio | |||
Hello team.. My D2h Customer ID is 2959000. today when I switch on my STB TV, there is no picture coming and only Audio is coming for channels. I called D2h customer care on [protected] and they are not able to answer my question and give me another no for Videocon electronics customer care. But they are just non-technical persons and they are not giving any initial remedy for the issue. Instead they keep asking to send their executive to see it and charge 875 for the same. It seems to be a software issue which arises after some software update on my STB TV. Please do the needful, as Videocon D2h customer service is really poor similar to it's Products. I've been using this TV from last 6 years and in that period I need to call Videocon engineer 30-40 times. Is not it frustrating? Was this information helpful? | |||
