Videocon D2H — not able to log into my account or call customer care

Since Feb 1, 2019 with TRAI coming up with new channnel rates, I am unable to call customer care or log into my account. It seems to be a deliberate attempt on d2h part so that I cannot change my package. Despite of making innumerable calls till date I have been unable to connect my call at all times of the day. earlier also the customer care personnel appear to have strange accents and have poor vocational skills.
There is absolutely no accountability on d2h as to make communication easier. Their website was and still is the worst in user friendliness and keeps crashing.
