Yesterday when i have switched on set top box it was not showing any channel and then immediately i called to company and they said that we will send an engineer within 24 hours but at this time 24 hours has been completed and again called to company to resolve my problem but now they are saying again wait for 24 hours. How much time i wait for it??? I asked to them that when your engineer will come they are saying only one answer that "please wait for 24 hours our engineer will come". Their services are too bad inspite of being national company Al every single time they register a new complaint what the ### is this .. Videocon ### off
