Videocon D2H — not responding despite choosing trai pack

This is my third complain against Videocon d2h. Earlier we could not see the channels despite paying now the month is over and we are even unable to recharge as per the TRAI. Videocon is not even responding after we choose the selected channels and submit them. I have submitted it on videocond2h given website, app and even through registered telephone number but there has been no response from them despite complaining so much. We are now left with no choice but to stop our Videocon d2h connection as there is no help nor any responsibility from there side. Not resolving consumers complaints despite complaining so many times is really not done.

I request the consumer complain forum to please help. Such matter should be taken to the court.
