Videocon D2H — payment fail | |||
I recharged my Videocon d2h account with 590/-. I instantly got an SMS from my bank saying the amount has been debited from my account. But the channels still won't come. So I called up Videocon's customer care and gave all the details to them. They're saying that the payment has not been received by them, and that it must've been stuck somewhere in between due to an error by the bank. How is that even possible? That has never happened with any other online transaction in my life. Why only with Videocon? I received a confirmation of the payment saying it was successful. My customer ID is[protected]. My RTN is [protected]. It's by the name of Pronoy Prabhu. The payment reference number after the payment is 19835805. Was this information helpful? | |||
