On 9th feb, i created my al carte channels on d2h website. After sometime, 42rs had debited from my account. I had 396rs before 10pm on 9th feb, Balance reduced to 354rs after 10pm on 9th feb. And till now, my given plan is not yet activated on subscriber no. 79602097 And their customer care is not being attentive so far, giving me excuses so far since 1st feb.. Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 13, 2019 Updated by Deepak227 Money debited twice for pack activation, 42rs debited on 9th feb, and 48rs debited on 13th feb. Kindly refund my 42rs back.. Feb 13, 2019 Updated by Deepak227 On 4rth feb, they have deducted 6rs for activating their own pack, and on 9th feb, i've requested them to activate thru their website, they charged me 42rs but did not activated the respective plan.. Before 10feb i had around 396rs, on 10th feb, my balance reduced to 342rs on 79602097. And today i got a call from videocon. They activated my plan manually by asking me, then later afterwards they debited 48rs from my account. I asked trai where did you mentioned that customer has to pay charges for their new plan? Also they are not refunding my 6rs, 42rs & 48rs money back which they debited unnecessarily... Kindly resolve this problem @ earliest. Regards Deepak
