Videocon D2H — Recharge pack | |
Dear sir, My name is madhvi .M fond of videocon i live in bharuch gujarat.From last four years i am using videocon d2h and i was satisfied until i found the problems regarding recharge . As we all know that we recharge our account for one month but in your d2h dervices we only get 3 week service and if customer want to see, he or she must recharge account before the date of our last recharge, because your services will be disconnected. For example, i had recharged my account on 05/02/2015, now on 26/02/2015 i had recieved a ''warning mail'' that i have to recharge before 26/02/2015 otherwise services will be stopped. My question is that if you recharge only for 3 weeks, why woulid say it '' monthly recharge pack''.This is unexceptable .I was fond of videocon since my childhood but i think everything has been changed with time and now its time to trust someone else who do what he says.
