[Resolved] Videocon D2H — refund denial | |||
My name is rahul, a customer of videocon d2h, customer id 54481440. I recently relocated my set top box. The service engineer charged me rs.1200 (800 for extra cable and new adaptor plus 400 for service). He assured me that there won't be any more deductions from my account from videocon for service. But later, my account was deducted rs 450. I called customer care and i was told that this will be taken care and a complaint no. Was raised. But the problem wasn't resolved. I called and mailed again and am following up for one month. They just raise a complaint and close it the next day without resolving it. There is no communication from their side also.
