[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Refund issue | |||
NAME : SANJAY KUMAR KAR CUSTOMER ID : 58514061 They have started recording without my request & without my knowledge forcefully. After running it for 16 months, I came to know. I have not at all taken that facility for a single use within that period. After came to know, I requested to stop that recording facility and they also stopped it. But problem is for 16 months running without my information I have lost Rs. 480/- unnecessarily. I requested them to pay back my money. But they don't agree. Please advice the solution.
