Videocon D2H — Refund not paid since 7 months | |||
Hi my customer Id is[protected] and phone number is [protected] I am fed up of following up with you . I am writing to you again. Please refund my amount. I bought 6 Months of Platinum HD Pack on 3/11/2014 for Rs. 4925. My customer id is[protected]. We decided to cancel the service and asked for refund due to service issues. Our service was cancelled on 28/11/2014. We were told we would get refund of Rs. 2594 on 2/12/2014 even though we used only for little over 10 days and they said we would get a cheque at our home within 2-3 days. Since then after repeated calls to customer care from Dec 2014 to April 2015, all we get to hear is "dont worry we will resolve your issue within 24 hours and refund you the amount ASAP". I was told to send transaction statement of Rs. 4925 and my account NEFT details to [protected]@d2h.com [protected]@d2h.com . I sent that too on 2/4/2015. Last i had called the customer care on 15/4/2015 and supervisor failed to understand my problem, instead was questioning me why i should get the refund. And saying you have not received any mail about this. Its been 4 MONTHS now and no sign of my money back either to my videocon account or my bank account . This is really pathetic customer support by your company and just harassing me by making me call again and again to check the status. Was this information helpful? | |||
