Videocon D2H — regarding upgradation of set top box to hd | |||||
On 30th june 2018, i contacted videocon d2h customer care to book a request for the upgradation of my set top box to hd version. They said i will have to do a recharge of rs. 1224 and will have to call back for request registration then they will book the request. I did the same and recharged with rs. 1224 and called again to customer care to book my request, they transferred my call to supervisor and supervisor told me that at this moment they can not register my request due to technical problem. They assured me to inform once the issue will be resolved. Next day i again called and i got the same answer from the supervisor. On 3rd july i called again then they answered that i had to call within two days after recharge of rs. 1224 then only they could have register my request and asked to recharge again with rs. 1224 and asked to call back again for the registration. I told them iam continuously contacted customer care after the recharge date and no body is responding well then they forward my case to some other level and on 4th july i received a call from gaziabad no. Of videocon customer care that they cant process my request as i had to call with in two days after recharge date. Same things i explained him as given above then he checked and confirm that they have status of my calls from the date of 30th june and assured me to look forward to resolve my issue as they had booked a wrong product on my request that's why they were fooling me from last 5 days. I asked them to refund my amount but they refused to do so. Today i have received one message from videocon customer care that they can not process my request. Like this way these people and organization works, killing customer time and money and making them fools daily. Such a disgusting organization i have ever seen. Even it's being more than a month I am trying to reach through customer care but not able to contact them.
Please help me out with this.
