[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Request being handled carelessly, no response yet | |||
I relocated to a different address on 5-Sep and trying to submit a re-installion request of my DTH connection. First time on 10-Sep, a service engineer visited and told that they won't do the job of bringing the cable from my balcony to hall through the existing concealed wall pipe and I have to get it done through any electrician. Saying this, they have cancelled the request as well as my connection without prior notice. Now (18-Sep) I am trying to place re-installation request again and I told that I need the videocon cable (length of ~20m) so that I can get the job of bringing it through the concealed pipe done through my electrician itself later which the engineer can come and do the setup. Though my request is valid, the customer service is not properly responding to my repeated calls. For the past 2 days, I made many calls and they either disconnect or keep transferring my call internally or say that I will get a call back but never. This is really frustrating. Its been about 10 days since I moved to my new address but the re-installion is yet to happen. My customer id[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
