Videocon D2H — Scamming and using Tata Sky wire for installation

Hi, my name is Mayank and i am writing you from Mumbai. I would like to bring to your notice that i am a troubled customer of Videocon D2h and you are my last hope. I got this connection in April 2014 for which i paid installation amount for 51mts of wire. Few days back I was facing some connectivity issue and after i your engineer gave a visit, i came to know that my connection cable has a joint and your installation people had used some leftover cable of TATA SKY. Now the issue is when i had paid full amount for 51mts of wire, why the installation people had used a wire which has a joint and more over they had used TATA SKY's wire. This is a serious offense. Because of all this i am not able to view my channels properly. I have spent a lot of money on customer care calls but nothing has been done so far. I am so disappointed with the services and the customer grievance handling procedure..
