Hello Sir, we complained regarding service problem but before the technician response its solved automatically so we cancelled our complaint.But after 3 days our service was suspended then we asked y so then they told that you did not give service charge to the technician that is why we suspended your service.But no technician come to our home at all so please kindly review it fastly and respond. consumer id 6853017 name krishna reddy contact no. I am having the same problem. The technician had come to the neighbours house to fix some problem and he stopped by ours to check if everything was working fine. Neither he nor D2H mentioned of any service charges for just checking to ensure the connection was good after fixing the neighbours problem (Usually when the technician fixes a neighbours problem, we start to have issues). We have not had service since last couple of days and I am not sure what would happen to the balance in my account that was available before they deducted Rs. 150/-. Severe action needs to be taken against these companies. Very very bad service!
