[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Services and refund | |||||
I have been charged incorrectly by videocon earlier it used to be a fine amount as plan and packages were fixed but from the day new TRAI guidelines have been introduced we were supposed to pick our channels ourselves however videocon d2h adds add on or channels without asking and starts charging you for it and when complained about it they never provide any resolution, have tried contacting them multiple times everytime they say they will raise a complaint and will get it sorted but they never do, no help is being given and no correct information is being given every single time agent informs something else and never reach a resolution, we really need TRAI to look into this as it's not just with us almost everyone is facing this issue and videocon d2h and other providers are molesting customers because customers don't have rights in india, TRAI has to set an example for these companies Was this information helpful? | |||||
