Respective sir,
This is the complain number[protected] yesterday we have recharged our d2h account of amount 100 rupees and our service was not reviled so we called customer service and the costumer service executive says that we have wrongly taken twice a loan of 50 rupees on the same day same time. So that recharge amount has been adjusted so you have to recharge again, or take a fresh loan once again. When i asked them there is any kind of rule where your company alows a loan twice in a same time, so after they were telling me that yes its an company policy you have to recharge once again we can't help you. When i spoke to their senior deepak, he told me that its a technical error this problem will be resolved at 20/09/19. At 11:30 am. So once again i call today at 3:55 pm. But now im getting a new excuse that you have to for more 72 hours and im asking the name of executive so she's telling her name only sapna, when i asked her hers last name so she told that she don't have any last name. She's not ready to give her last name so is there any company rule??? And seniors are busy they are not free to take the call so the executive is telling call once again back.. When i requested i can hold the line but the executive disconnected the call... So please do the needful sir/mam im very fed up of this service.. So please do the needful..
And help us to resolve it.

Service not provided by Videocon d2h.Customer care of d2h every time says, your problem will fix in 4 to 5 hour. They are only making fool to the customer.Trai and broadcasting ministry should interfare in this issue so that consumer can take a inhale of relief
