[Resolved] Videocon d2h — set top box no[protected] | |||||
Hi This is Chandan Bhattacharya located in Flat 4C 4th Floor Sanchita Residency, Dist North 24 Parganas, Kolkata, West Bengal, PIN 700136. I bought a Videocon D2H near about 4 Years back, after buying of 6 months they were pressurizing me that upgrade to HD Box, and intentionally they are doing illegal actions, like improper balance deduction, without my knowledge they are activating Ala carte channels, sometimes my signal was not coming also though the out side weather is very much sunny. From yesterday I have requested the company to activate 3 new channels and they are Sony Entertainment, Zee Bangla, and Star Jalsha, Sony activated in 10 mins but still now that 2 Bengali channels was not yet activated, several times I have called to their customer care but they didn't took any complaint and they are also not bothered even that their customers are facing problems, they only asked what is your problem, give me your customer id and then they said within 10 minutes it will be solved, but no actions, all my efforts are going in vain. I also wrote them mail that I am facing problems please help me but still no action the took. I just want they will come into my house and I will return the SET TOP BOX to them and they will return my money, money what I have in their account along with the SET TOP BOX PRICE.
