[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Signal not catching - company keep on asking for money for replacing set top box | |||
Hi, i have been loyal customer for last 4 years. I stay in wakad, pune. Last year when we did not receive signal, videocon engineer came and he informed that lot of customers are facing problems due to set top box and he replaced it in dec 2015. Now after within 7 months, again we had same signal issues. When called engineer, engineer came. He checked antenna on terrace and then set top box was hanging. So, he again advised to change set top box. How set top box can malfunction within 7 months? Don't you think, that when we are paying videocon for all comprehensive services, it is videocon responsibility to fix it, without any additional charge? I can understand 2 yrs of warranty Period of set top box. But box should at least work for 7 months.. Can you please check into this matter asap? We are not able to watch tv for last 2 weeks.
