My Customer Id is:[protected]. In the name of G.Ravidasan, On 12/12/16 due to cyclone my dish signal had been lost and more than one week i am trying to reaching your customer care but I can't while I am calling on the IVR the voice is coming like(keep the set off box switch on the signal will receive with in 10 mins), but the signal is coming last one I didn't use the service and the payment had been loss for me who will pay the money for my issue, and i am thinking in feature weather i should continue with the Videocon D 2h service I need the proper and the clear information regrading about my (signal loss) and the issue must be clear with in 48 hrs other wise surely I will disconnect the connection, And i need the call back for my register mobile no.
