Customer Services Number : 95441556 One of the most pathetic service provider in the industry is VIDEOCON D2H. I have been using this id since long, but have never felt good anything about this services provider. Today I have wasted my 2hours calling at customer care number and neither of them are able to provide me solutions, moreover every time they disconnect my calls. I’m mentally harassed and frustrated by the entire Videocon customer care team. I have attached all the calls recording in my mail. Complain : I have recharged my services on 25th March’19 for the three months subscription, in which I get 3 months + 7 days free as an offer. Now as per the period cycle, my next recharge should come around 2nd July’19. But, all of the sudden I started receiving the reminder messages to recharge on 15th June’19. I immediately called upon the customer services number and inquired about it. They said 200rs balance was been deducted for Technical Visit charges. I explained them, your engineer have taken cash from me 200rs. then how could you deduct that amount again, so they logged an complain under complain number –[protected]. And I was assured that will be resolved in 24hrs. But, they simply fooled me with giving 3 days of just grace period and again reminder started for recharge on 18th June’19. Since today morning I’m trying to explain my issue to the customer services representative they are not at all aware about the process, half of the time my calls are been transferred from here to there and then disconnect the line. One call which I was having an conversation lasted for 1 hour. After that call automatically gets disconnected. Then I tried to find out the same guy whom I was talking too, neither of the Executives were able to find that guy. Please listen to this call recordings you will realize how they fool and cheat innocent CUSTOMERS. On one side, technician who visited took money And on other side this people also deducted my balance. Its open SCAM. Was this information helpful? | |||
