Videocon D2H — toll free number not working

Hello Team,

I am a customer of Videocon d2h. Some of my channels are not working which are already part of my package.

I called their customer care number and after so many tries i got connected with them and I have been told that my channels will start working in 10 min.It’s been a day my channels still not working.

My customer ID is 90373964

I am continuously trying to call their customer care no. but call not getting connected to the IVR.

There are 2 no. mentioned on their website out of which one seems to be out of service and other one not getting connected.

Please take a necessary action with them

My channels are started working now but the situation is still same. I have not seen any efforts from them. I selected my channel from their site on my own.

And the major thing is their customer care no. ( [protected])still not getting connected. I have called atleast 10 times couple of min back, not even a single call connected.

Please take a necessary action against them. I am not sure how to connect with their customer care. TFN no. are not gwtting connected, on e-mails they are not giving any response.
