I am trying to contact d2h regarding channel but their contact number not working and no response from them. They selected random channel and deducting money from account.
I am unable to login in d2h website and not able to select my required channel. It is against trai rule.

The number given in website is not responding, i had tried minimum 100 times but no response from them.

    As per new rules of TRAI for DTH service user, I am unable to select channels in my Videocon d2h.
    Campany at has stopped all services since 5 days and no customer support is available.

    After choosing channels in/through tv/remote I am redirected to a page showing QR code and SMS code.
    But message receipient number (i.e. 566777) is not working means all sent message getting fail and let me know from where to scan QR code.

    Resolve as soon as possible.

      Sir 2 years I am using videocon d2h. but due to some problem I am unable to recharge my account.My last recharge done in the month of Feb 2018. On 20th of march 2019 I again recharged my account.(Account id[protected] . But till now They have not activated my account.I tried several times to the customer care no. but they are not responding. So kindly activate my account at the earliest.

        The new a la - carte feature has been introduced in the d2h plan recently. After several ads we finally decided to go ahead with this plan. However, when we are trying to select our preferred channels there is no input. Above this, several of our previously subscribed channel connections have been disconnected as well.in fact, when we checked earlier today, none of our channels including the free ones weren't coming. Neither were our calls to the customer care picked up nor were their any call back or messages regarding the solution of this problem. When finally a call was answered and the issue told, the gentleman asserted that it was due to insufficient balance, though our balance as shown on the tv was quite sufficient! I request that our subscribed channels be connected for the mean time and the channels and combos that we had selected to create our own package be made valid and implemented soon.

          My videocon setup box gets stuck on power up at 95%. After that nothing happens. I have raised a complaint but no one is responding. I have tried to do whatever i can from my side like factory reset but the problem persists. I'm not able to watch tv for last 10 days though i'm paying for the service. I have sent email reminder couple of times but not getting any response. The customer care number also gets disconnected after some automated voice message ans i cannot understand as it is in the local language (Kannada) which i don't know.

          After 10 days of initial complaint and repeated calling almost 2-3 times everyday, my setup box was replaced with an old repaired setup box in working condition. They took another 4 days to swap the account to this repaired setup box as it was associated with the previous customer account. for this old repaired setup box, the technician charged Rs 650 in cash with no receipt whatsoever. I thought problem is finally resolved. now after 2 days, all channels stopped working and I started getting insufficient balance. I called customer care and it seems they deducted the setup ox charges from my account balance thought I paid in cash to the technician. this shows there lack of coordination and loopholes in process. Until they resolve the issue, I'm left with no channels for no fault of mine. They will take their own sweet time to resolve their botched up process and coordination between local technicians and central customer care center. Customers are left at the mercy of these guys and they keep deducting daily balance while problem is not resolved.
          I am trying d2h customer care no.. Atleast 15 times everyday...but they dont response and says he is busy with other custmer...why are they so busy...plss do something...neither we change connection . .Plss do any other way to select channels ...custmer care is all [censored]...

                I'm a videocon d2h user, as the honourable government introduced trai, i tried my best to select my pack but they aren't allowing me to do so. Just lie reasons. They are just cheating we consumers badly. I tried to choose my pack online and entered my registered telephone no. But they said that this is not a registered. They are just giving those packs to consumers which are high rated and profitable for company only. They are not working towards the customers profit. They are charging high. Not a single channel of my pack is my favourite

                    This is the second complain I'm putting. My first complain did not even got resolved and now my one month subscription is also over without watching any channels. Now I'm not even able to change my TRAI pack despite choosing it and submitting it several times on videocon d2h app and on the website. I have even sent several mails on the given email and made several calls in the customercare number but non of them have responded nor taken any complaints till now. D2h did not even respond back despite complaining in consumer forum. What kind of service is this?

                      This is in reference to my Videocon D2H connections id 49753012, as per trai it was been informed that the same package will work till 31.03.2019 but videocon D2H has stopped the services before the dead line where other D2H are still showing the same package. I have recharged with extra amount & it was shown as the renewal date as 10th April but today I have checked my account on my TV screen showing as 64.88 instead of 145.17 which is showing in my account balance. I think Videocon D2H is planning to cover over & above of the charges paid to government and making fool to their customer which is absolutely against the consumer act and customer will not accept this. Need immediate action else will share the mail on all social media website & other consumer forum that the company is making fool to small town customers as they think that they cannot lodge complaints. People boycott the subscriptions as its high time of doing in their own way & as per their will and not understanding the customers choice.
                      Charges are not been clearly specified as per guidelines. Request to call back on priority as all numbers of videocon D2H is not reachable too. Pathetic service & poor customer service.

                        I have been trying to reach Videocon d2h customer care for a month now. I am trying to login to my D2H account online, but I am not able to get through. On trying forgot password in the app using mail id, get a no registered customer found... But when I try registering with this email id get message user already resistered. I have mailed Videocon d2h customer care when with the screen shots. But they have not responded

                        I tried calling the customer care number but I am not able to get through. Either the call does not connect our a message is played that all executives are busy. I tried waiting for more than 10 minutes at different times of the day. Even at 6.00 am in the morning.

                          I am using videocon d2h from last three and half years i am using usb recording feature from more than 3 years but from last 15 days i am not able to use usb video recording option i called hundred times to hotline numbers.

                              Videocon services were discontinued from 28.02.2019. I sent a mail to them as under -
                              I have been trying from yesternight 7.30pm and i am unable to get in touch with you. Today after many many many attempts since 7.30pm yesternight, i was able to get in touch with your customer care no.[protected]. I was shocked to be told that there was no balance in my account. I had recharged the same only on 20th. Daybefore yesterday my dth set-top box got stuck and your service technician came and attended and collected rs.200/- cash from me and did not bother to give a receipt (As they did on a previous occassion). Now i was told that this amount had not been passed on to the company and they had debited my account. My complaint no;. Is[protected].
                              Since i did not get the connection, i sent another mail to them (Nobody is able to get their line).
                              Now i have not got the connection - well after 11am - back as promised by your customer care i could not establish
                              Contact at all with your[protected] or the chennai nos.
                              Pl. Advise what you propose to do. Escaping from customers by not attending to calls is shameful aind irresponsible.
                              Kindly advise whether i should whistle away the amount cheated by your company.

                              Mindlessly debited the amount. I am not responsible for any of these. Your cavalier treatment of customers is
                              Inappropriate and amounts to deficiency in service. You have denied me the services from 1st of march and i am
                              Repeatedly following with you for no fault of mine. If you don't attend to this grievance equitably i will have no other
                              Alternative but to prosecute you for deficiency in services and causing stress and strain to a senior citizen at your cost
                              And risk. Pl. Stop fooling customers by not attending to phones and grievances. Simply because you are invisible you
                              Are taking all types of liberties with customers which is not worthy of a public limited company. I expect your
                              Immediate reply on this and resolution of my grievance.

                              Pl. Find here under your mail two days back when you assured resolution of the issue within 24 hours. Now it is more
                              Than 48 hours and nothing has happened. You don't have the courtesy to keep up your own words in spite of
                              Numerous follow ups. Very regrettable for a public limited company which is irresponsible, lying every day and
                              Shameless about its condition.

                              Again on 18th march -
                              Today is 18th march. You are cheating customers. Pl. Refund my amount and we will call this quits.

                              There is absolutely no action.

                                I am videocon d2h customer. I have 2 compalints aginst them.

                                1 their customer support system is just useless they dont connect to their customer representative easily you have to wait for a long period.

                                2. I just recharge my d2h service after trai changes of rs 270. After which i was unable to see any channel and when i ask customer support for this they ask for 200 rs for sending a engineer. To check. Although it was thier issue still customer has to pay for it.

                                  Since 2days channel vijay tv is not coming. Going on calling customer care. But saying wil cum within half n hour. Channel didn't resume yet. Earlier also same issue was der. One day fully no channels came. Again pblm is persisting now. Wat kind of service r u providing. Very worst service. Customers r d boss. But u don't value d customers. Always giving false promise. V have paid for d channel. But sitting without seeing d channel. I want d pblm to b solved immediately. 2days i've been waiting. If it goes on like dis no other choice than changing d dth. Ul b d looser of loosing a valuable customer

                                    I called their customer care number and after so many tries i got connected with them and I have been told that my channels will start working in 10 min.It’s been a day my channels still not working.

                                    As per the new regulations we have recharged our account and still daily we are not getting any services.. They don't even respond and say application issue all the time.. We can't even connect to customer care for long hours and when connected they ask to call after some time.. Please check into this.. Wasting our money and time with no services.. Videocon d2h is becoming too troublesome.
