Videocon D2H — unable to login, customer care not responding

I have been trying to reach Videocon d2h customer care for a month now. I am trying to login to my D2H account online, but I am not able to get through. On trying forgot password in the app using mail id, get a no registered customer found... But when I try registering with this email id get message user already resistered. I have mailed Videocon d2h customer care when with the screen shots. But they have not responded

I tried calling the customer care number but I am not able to get through. Either the call does not connect our a message is played that all executives are busy. I tried waiting for more than 10 minutes at different times of the day. Even at 6.00 am in the morning.

Updated by Vij@yk After lot of follow up I am now able to login. But now landed into a new problem. I am not able to select channels of my choice. Only get a message "We will get back to you in some time"
