[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Unable to provide connection in new address are not refunding actual amount for d2h | |||
Settop relocation i have applied, after so many repeated call to videocon d2h for reconnected settop in new location. nothing as been done. each time i called to customer care they issued new complaint and dragged 1 more day. after the deadline ended i again asked the reason for not connecting videocon d2h in new location. they said local operator problem so will not be able to provide connection in new location. but will resolve issue they assued within 1 day. but still not resolved it. When i ask for refund of complete amount for d2h and remaining day of service amount along with swifting charges they are saying swifting charge only 50% will be refund due to disconnection done that will cost 50% money for refund. Kindly help me to install the existing videocon d2h in new location or refund the actual amount for settop box and remaining day of service amount along with location swifting charges 400rs.
