[Resolved] Videocon D2H — unresponsive customer care

I called customer care to get details about change of plan. The executive voice was so low with background disturbance and talking so fast that nothing was understandable. When i told her to pass call to some other representative, given a 5 minutes wait the call gets disconnected.

It always happens that they keep waiting customer and disconnects it. On top of it, they increase the prices without informing customer.
