As per the new trai guidelines, customers need to select and purchase channel pack as per their convenience but videocon d2h customer care is repeatedly saying that they don't have any information on it.

I have called the customer care also but they are saying we have not received updates from trai.

Please provide the correct way to select the channel packs.

    I am s. Balaji prasath, customer id[protected], made recharge for 500 rs - 5 times on[protected], first four recharge got failed and fifth one recharged in my d2h account, 3rd & 4th failed transaction were refunded immediately after the failed transaction, but 1st and 2nd transaction hasn't refunded until now.

    Launched complaint thru mail, telecom, nothing has resolved my problem.

    Very irresponsible action taken, playing with the customer.

          On 6 Nov 18, we upgraded our HD box by recharging my ACC with Rs 999 in which 750 was for set up box and 250 was for HD add on. After inquiry with customer care about the pack for HD, we activated our HD pack of Rs 80 which would remained activated for 3 months(80*3=250) after 3 months I would required to recharge my account with base price + HD add on i.e 300+80.
          As told on 6 December 18 I recharged my account with 300 so that my account balance gets recharged which didn't happen when I called customer care they told that we have deducted balance because earlier they didn't deduct balance from Rs 999 and and they changed my pack to Rs 885 without consent and because my balance was negative so they adjusted my 300 there .
          After being calling on daily basis they daily raise different complain and comes out with no solution.

            how return the setup box and antenna

            Your service desk team not resolving the repayment issue. From nov 6th we do not have active connection due to this. You are not bothered at all. I am not sure how long you will take to fix this. Please let me know the process of return this and so that we can switch to the other provider. During the setup time nearly 2500 charged for the antenna and setup boxes. Is there a way to return this and get the money back instead of just keeping...

            6th november i re-charged 900 for d2h. It took to wrong customer id and surprisegly that is also in my name and not connected to any plan. I have wrote to [protected]@d2h the asked more details i have provided, but no response from them after words. Called customer care number 50 times, every time they will listen and promise to respond but no resolution and no answer from them. Details here, now my correct connection also disconnected there is no tv coming for me from one month

Dish is not coming from last 40 days though I paid 900 recharge. Check the Compliant Numbers :[protected],[protected] and there are many.               Dear Sir/Mam,

              I have created ala carte channel in my account as per above mentioned sheet received from your site.Total monthly rent is 292.4 Rs, Why you people are charging me Rs.345 to me. Please explain and resolve this ASAP.
              As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid to reply it.

              Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use their services but unfortunately i have invested money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top box & umbrella. I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against videocon d2h.
              I have complaint so many time but no response received yet. So many calls, . Sometime I have received bad behavior from Videocon customer care. It is very harassment and painful experience. I want to ask what kind of service you people are providing their customers. Presently its competition time. New products come in market every day. If you people is not improve your service, People switch service provider. Please do something, at least reply me. If you people cant resolution of my problem, Please return you D2H box and refund my money. So that I can switch to other service provider. Or I have to take any legal action.

                  I am complaining about this from 9.10.18 Technician came in and replaced the STB Box for RS200. Still, I have the same issue, so again I raised a complaint, a technician came in & replaced the box, continuously 3 times they changed the box. But I am having the same issue. So I mailed to Videocon d2h & they reply back, that they will send a person. I am still waiting. No action has been taken place yet.

                  I received this mail (please check the attachment) today stating that my issue is resolved. I don't know how they are saying this, My issue is still there no one attend the issue yet and no one called me yet. They simply emailing me that issue was resolved. Worst service ever. I have no other go I need to change my service provider.

                    Videocond2h has been deducting balance from my videocond2h.com account improperly since july 2018. I have opted for a-la-carte pack and had selected few channels, but the company has added 2 channels "active service" & "mosaic pack" without my consent and request, and has been deducting the amount equal to the amount of these 2 channels from my account (Rs 100 per month). I have written several times to the company to stop these channels and stop deducting money from my account but every time they say that these are free channels.

                    Recently they have said in a mail that: "current account balance of your
                    D2h account is rs. 265.99/- on dated 30, october 2018 and due date for
                    Next recharge is 22, december 2018." but now suddenly the due date has changed to 3rd december 2018

                    I have written several emails to the company in its customer care email but they have not even bothered to reply even once.

                    Attached are the documents of a-la-carte recharge details and the emails which i had received from the customer care telling me about my account's dbr.

                    The company should refund all the amount that it has been deducting from my account for the past 6 months. The company must be cheating all its customers in this way and making illegal money. A detailed investigation should be done by the authorities and stop this scam.

                      This is to bring to your notice that rs. 200 /- was deducted from my videocond2h account (Customer id:[protected] on 10th november 2018 without my knowledge and without any pre-notification. I had booked the visit of the service engineer to fix my stb which was fixed on 10th nov and for which i had paid the visiting service engineer rs. 300 /- in cash. On 16th nov when i realized my account balance turned zero unexpectedly, i came to know from customer care that rs. 200 /- has been deducted for service engineer and was supposed to be returned back as i paid rs. 300 /- cash to the engineer. This is the first time money is being deducted from for engineer visit and which was done absolutely without my knowledge - no sms, no phone call, wasn't informed either when i booked the service engineer visit, nor the engineer who visited made any mention about it. Even after making multiple calls to the customer care, they seem to not care about it and every time they raise a new complaint. I spoke to mr. Naresh uniyal, support supervisor on 21st nov and also sent multiple emails to mr. Rajsekar, nodal officer of tamilnadu but no response from nodal officer. The problem remains unresolved till date.

                      The amount videocond2h deducted needs to credit back the amount to my account at the earliest.

                        Writting on this forum after so much of frustration raising complaint again and again from last 12 days (More than 6 high severity complaints) but issue is not getting resolved. No call from service center and no engineer visit. No sure, why.

                        After so much of efforts, calling customer care everyday, being on hold for several hours, i have deceided to take it to next level and this is my last effort, after this, i only have one option to close my account, switch to another d2h service provider and go to consumer court.

                        Videocon need to check my account for no of complaints i have registered and no of follow up, i am doing from last 12 days. I have never experienced such a pathatic service experience. Frustration level is so high that i am planning to post it on social media or give it to news agencies.

                        Customer care representatives have no answer or the remarks regarding resolution of any of the complaints. Infact, there is one complaint, i had registered in october but there is not action taken till today.

                        If videocon has any respect for customer and process of grievience, please take serious action regarding this matter and improve their service centers and customer care centers

                            I have been using videocon d2h for the past 3 years. Since last sunday i am facing no signal issue. I called the customer care but they said i will be charged ₹200 for engineer visit. I am sorry but this is not acceptable and i can't be charged for no fault of mine. I told them to send this on email however no mail has been sent to me yet. Sorry but if this is the way you treat your old customers, i am not sure whether i will be continuing the service after my subscription is over. My details are as follows

                              I recharge my account on 21/1118 12:08pm and i not get the service from videocon. When i did complain in customer care he give me offer of loan for 3 day service.
                              My complain is when i paid for service then why i took 3 day loan. There system is not giving me 1 second extra then why i give him 129600 second free of cost.

                                We don't touch the stb the question of removal of smart cart does not arise. When called customer care centre, i was told to keep tv on so that they will reset the connection from their end online. After a while i was told that a service engineer will visit to set the problem right with a visit fee of ₹200/-.
                                When stb, smart card is provided by the service provider it is their duty to see that customer get service un interruptedly. When i refused to pay any charges then i was threatened that your service will not resume unless you pay a visit fee.
                                This is exploitation of customer.
                                Videocon group is already in deep trouble
                                And they are looting customers, this will be my month next month i will switch to tata sky

                                to update above, there is no on other promotional channels, how is it possible smart card displays on other channels except promotional channels. now my tv show 107-4 error with "verifying smart card" message
                                I have called customer care but they are not downgrading my plan. my customer id is[protected]. Also the executive is asking for 450 rs for address change. please update the same..you cannot force the plan on me. i will lodge a complain as you are violating trai rules.

                                I have took My D2h cable from my friend Mr. S. Sharma. we are stay in same room so D2H Cable with his name. after he leaving I transferred in my contact number but not allow to update my name and address.

                                  I was making online payment for Videocon D2H recharge and on completion I received message from the SBI stating your transaction was successful. Today I received msg from Videocon D2H company saying that they have not received any payment. On scrutiny, it came to understand that the payment had gone to Naukriaim Info Tech Pvt. Ltd. of a transaction of Rs, 650/- vide Reference No.[protected]IGAESACKD9 regularly used pay from the Videocon D2H site and yesterday also I opened same site and started making payment. How come the payment went to your account I don't know. I hereby request you to revert back the payment...

                                    We did a recharge of 1425 for 3 months as instructed by the customer care of videocon d2h. But within 2 months the service got deactivated. When we connected with customer care again they told us that some extra service were being activated by there back end service team. Due to which the subscription charge were cut and the service got deactivated within 2 months. And we asked when will our subscription money be back they told us it will take 36 hrs, 48 hrs.

                                      From past one day my d2h connection was not showing any signal, for that we tried everything we can like restarting the box and removing and again connecting wires but still not successful. Today we called d2h cuatomer care and booked an appointment with their engineer. That person came and did nothing literally nothing and amazingly signal came and took 200rs for that. I think they intentionally do that so that to get an extra money. Really angry becauze of it and would like my refund otherwise i'll throw the box outside or sell it on ebay and will get back my money.
