recharge - major issue - no resolution from service desk

6th november i re-charged 900 for d2h. It took to wrong customer id and surprisegly that is also in my name and not connected to any plan. I have wrote to [protected]@d2h the asked more details i have provided, but no response from them after words. Called customer care number 50 times, every time they will listen and promise to respond but no resolution and no answer from them. Details here, now my correct connection also disconnected there...

unauthorized charges from videocon d2h

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have created ala carte channel in my account as per above mentioned sheet received from your site.Total monthly rent is 292.4 Rs, Why you people are charging me Rs.345 to me. Please explain and resolve this ASAP.
As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration...

service not provided properly (I have the relay issue from october)

I am complaining about this from 9.10.18 Technician came in and replaced the STB Box for RS200. Still, I have the same issue, so again I raised a complaint, a technician came in & replaced the box, continuously 3 times they changed the box. But I am having the same issue. So I mailed to Videocon d2h & they reply back, that they will send a person. I am still waiting. No action has been taken place yet....

improper deduction of account balance - preponement of due date

Videocond2h has been deducting balance from my videocond2h.com account improperly since july 2018. I have opted for a-la-carte pack and had selected few channels, but the company has added 2 channels "active service" & "mosaic pack" without my consent and request, and has been deducting the amount equal to the amount of these 2 channels from my account (Rs 100 per month). I have written several times to the company to stop these channels...

multiple complaints on videocon d2h and no resolution

I called up the customer care who didn"t even bothered to help me and disconnected the call on my face while i was trying to explain the issue. I am really fed up with their service. poor service of recharge

I recharge my account on 21/1118 12:08pm and i not get the service from videocon. When i did complain in customer care he give me offer of loan for 3 day service.
My complain is when i paid for service then why i took 3 day loan. There system is not giving me 1 second extra then why i give him 129600 second free of cost.

smart card error e-04-4 scam from d2h

We don't touch the stb the question of removal of smart cart does not arise. When called customer care centre, i was told to keep tv on so that they will reset the connection from their end online. After a while i was told that a service engineer will visit to set the problem right with a visit fee of ₹200/-.
When stb, smart card is provided by the service provider it is their duty to see that customer get service un interruptedly....

repeated marketing calls

videocon d2h crackling audio problem

Over a few weeks, we observe a terrible crackling noise in all the channels, including hd. Despite my multiple complaints to the customer support, they force me to check the connectivity often, which i found to be good always. There are no sound issues when streaming live/recorded content from the internet/usb/dvd. The issue is only with channels subscribed on d2h.

I m videocone d2h subscriber from 5 years. From couple of months, there is issue in some channels are getting frizzed.
I called there customer care service, many time they just refreshed and send some commend, but my issue not solved.
Customer service agent said that he will send technical person at my place but I have to pay 200/- . ..what nonscence? Why should customer have to pay 200Rs.

horrible experience with customer care when trying to recharge my account

I have been their d2h customer since 2 years..
My account subscription expired in oct first week
Since there were exams for kids and dussehra vacations i had not recharged
I recharged the account again on 21st october with 500 rs. I wanted to change my plan at than time and move to a-la-carte. The customer service staff i should say were really not equipped to answer my queries and helping me.. Instead o[censored]nderstanding...

I have raised the complain almost every day. Every day they were closing the ticket saying it is solved.
