Dear Sir, I have apply for Up gradation of my SD set top box with HD set top Box, Videocon Representative come to my house and replace Set top Box with HD, But at that time i found that Picture Quality are very bad in Ne HD set top Box, i request that representative to solved my Query but he talk with his superior and go back, i have nit given sign Customer Satisfaction letter to that Representative but Money is deducted from my Customer Balance. I request you to take proper action against that representative to resolve my query or Return my old SD Set top Box and Money Deducted from My account. from today i will not recommend any person to buy Videocon D2H.
