Videocon D2H — USB Recording activation | |||
HI, Am venkatesh kumar, i taken the connection from videocon d2h and without my request they have been activation USB recording facility and detected Rs 1 per day to till day before yesterday.When i cross verified the same with customer care said that it was activated by Back end team and money will not be refunded. nearly they detected Rs 750. I was cheated by videocon without my request How come they will enable USB recording service. Please help me to raise this concern and resolve this issue/ Was this information helpful? | |||
