Videocon D2H — very poor customer care service

I have submitted online complaint against d2h customer care service via, mail but no response from there side,
I have recharged my account as well as done the refresh of account but no use,

They are taking almost 30 to reached our voice to there customer care service on call,
The quality of voice is very disturbing not proper voice.

Very disappointed service, and cheap system of the management.
